AG TRADING – Online Store (UAE)

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across all seven emirates of the UAE. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

 

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days across the UAE.

Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery may be available in major cities (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah) for orders placed before 12 PM.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping on all orders above AED 300.

Orders below AED 300 incur a flat delivery fee of AED 35.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas as per courier policy.

 

5. Order Tracking

All shipments are handled by trusted local courier partners. Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS once your package is on the way.

 

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or public holidays. We will notify you of any such delays.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. AG TRADING is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect information.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of damaged or lost items during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
